Golden Link is registered with and regulated by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), the independent body responsible for inspecting social care services across Wales. Each year, we're inspected against the things that matter most — the wellbeing of the people we care for, the quality of our leadership, and the safety of our care — and we submit an Annual Return reflecting honestly on how we've performed and where we're improving.
